PEACEFUL JOURNEY

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, when we had to say goodbye to our beloved mum, we were blessed to have the support of “Peaceful Journey 仰安”- Khim and her team. From the very first moment, she guided us with compassion, patience, and professionalism. She took care of every detail, ensuring that nothing was overlooked, and gently advised us on what needed to be done and how to do it. Her kindness extended beyond the practical arrangements — she also offered thoughtful guidance to our family members on how to carry themselves during the service, helping us to honour our mum’s memory with dignity and grace. We are deeply grateful for her dedication, empathy, and the respect she showed throughout the entire process. In such a painful period, she made us feel supported and understood, and for that, we will always be thankful.

Two years ago, an ex-colleague highly recommended Sister Khim to me, vouching that her service was top-notch. I am so glad I saved her number because, sadly, on November 17, 2025, I needed to call her to help arrange my beloved mum's funeral. From the very beginning, Sister Khim and her team provided excellent advice and handled the entire funeral service as a seamless, "one-stop-shop" arrangement. I was deeply touched by Sister Khim's immediate generosity. She unexpectedly reimbursed me the $350 doctor fee required for issuing the death certificate. This act of kindness truly showed what a compassionate person she is. Furthermore, during the wake, her management was invaluable. She provided clear instructions to different family members regarding their roles. She even went above and beyond by giving my sister-in-law a morning reminder call to ensure breakfast was offered to my mum before 7 am. Above all, we were incredibly moved to learn that on December 7, Sister Khim made a donation to Assisi Hospice Singapore (Children's Department for end-of-life care) in my late mother’s name. Once again, Sister Khim and her team went far beyond the call of duty, exhibiting profound compassion, generosity, and humanity toward us. We are very grateful to them. Having a responsible and understanding funeral service team is paramount during these difficult times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Peaceful Journey & team!

We had to arrange a funeral in a hurry and there was no problem. Mdm Khim could not solve. Being from overseas, i was advised of the procedures, the customs and the appropriate rite. The cost of the funeral was very reasonable, the service very efficient. The cremation service was well done and great empathy was shown. Staff and all procedures were efficient. THANK you for a great send off. A great job done by everyone.
