Our family is very grateful to the funeral planning team during this difficult time. The entire process was very smooth, due to the helpful guidance provided by the team (Mdm Khim and Mr Curtis) who made sure we knew what to do. The emcee’s heartfelt approach made the setting feel personal and intimate. The wake was beautifully set up as well, creating a serene and comforting enviornment. Thank you once again!

Thank you Ms Khim, Curtis, and Team. You have handled both our parents funeral with a lot of care. We needed help with the coordination and everything was done upon request. The dedication to details and doing things right is visible. Thank you for helping us manage the logistics during this period.

Thank you to khim, curtis and the whole team, including the volunteers who helped my family navigate my mom's funeral arrangements. Khim is always sending reminders and contactable at all times of the day. Special mention to the mc at the last rites who has the most soothing voice and very suitable background music sound track, designed to evoke memories and strong emotions. One thing to improve is the details can be better organised by providing the whole schedule of events in detail at the beginning, rather than day by day (example what need to prepare on which day) so there is sufficient time to prepare.

Our family are extremely grateful to Khim, Curtis and their team in providing their service that exceeded expectations for my mother's wake. It was professional done and they are meticulous in everything they do. Everything is hustle free for us as all arrangements were well taken care of by them without us leaving the wake. I would not hesitate to recommend Peaceful Journey to anyone who really wanted a peaceful journey for their departed love ones. Once again, Thanks Khim, Curtis and Team.

My family and I really appreciate Sister Khim who have provided us the guidance and assistance to make the entire funeral process (from 1st to 4th May 2024) smooth, clear, and easy to follow through. Sister Khim was definitely a GEM to us at that moment where all of us were utterly devastated when our dad passed on during 30th Apr. A genuinely resourceful person, Sister Khim has really gone the extra mile with her personal touch, providing my family the comfort that we needed most during this challenging period. She has definitely exceeded my expectation. Not forgetting the remaining team members, I would also like to show my utmost appreciation to Brother Curtis, Cheng Feng Shi Fu (with other team of senior Shi Fu), Marcus (truly appreciate your professionalism, effort & time spent from collection of my dad’s cremated remains, storage & entire development of plaque & completion of the niche), Night Watcher: Edward, Cheryl + brother , as well as the entire supporting members of Peaceful Journey who have one way or another contributed towards my late father’s funeral from 1st to 4th May 2024.
