PEACEFUL JOURNEY

Sister Khim and her team have been very helpful during this period of grief. Her team was very detailed in planning and taking care of our concerns and needs even before the funeral. During his passing, Sister Khim provided a lot of support and comfort to our family, she empathised with us and checked on us regularly. We felt assured to leave this whole process into her hands. Thank you so much to the team and all they have done. Highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Your team transformed a simple humble HDB pavilion to a grand hall with a green pasture and beautiful garden landscape, soothing instrumental music which ministered to our family, friends & relatives. The theme in Psalm 23 shouts even to the mobile toilet with grass floor that became much talked about. You embraced our heavenly Father’s love who always gives us the best gifts beyond what we can ask or think. Our family have been much blessed by your personal testimony and your marketplace ministry through Love@care and Peaceful Journey. May the favour of our Lord be upon you and establish the works of your hands.

Dear Sister Khim & Team, Greatly appreciated you and your team supported our family going through my beloved mother's last journey with love & peace. Each of you had shown high respect and professionalism in every part, getting doctor to certify, having a team to bring my mother for full clean up as well a beautiful make-up. Also advised us on many things such as selecting a grand coffin, arrangement for Mandai Crematorium and Columbarium, setting up the funeral wake with beautiful orchids & landscape, together with all necessary arrangements on Buddhism 师傅 prayers & materials plus the drinks/snacks to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and pleasant. Dear Sister Khim & Brother Curtis, It was the second funeral in 7mths for our family. We had a great experience with Sister Khim and brother Curtis during the first one when my father passed away. Now our beloved grandmother has passed away peacefully and without any hesitation, all the families agreed to engage Sister Khim again to deliver a beautiful send-off for our grandmother. After receiving the bad news on Sunday's afternoon, we then immediately called Sister Khim on the funeral arrangements. sister Khim and her team were able to reach the hospital in 2hrs and provided guidance on how to deal with inexperience hospital staff. As expected, everything was set up under the void deck within hours and my grandmother was able to return home in the same evening. This time round the elders in our family have requested to Sister Khim that the funeral is to be decorated with more flowery and graciously for my grandmother. We were very impressed by the final decor and the fresh flowers provided, the decor was also complimented by many friends and church-goers. There were also alot of compliments on the quality of the coffin and we are very grateful that Sister Khim always provide high standards services and material. As usual, Sister Khim & Brother Curtis visited us daily. Beside ensuring the funeral set up is in tip-top conditions, they always engage conversations with everyone on-site and many of us enjoy these chit-chat moments. This time round we have ordered buffet on the last night and the food was delicious. From the taste, we immediately knew that the food were prepared with fresh meat/ veg and with the best parts. We highly recommend the buffet as it was prepared by Sister Khim's chef. Finally, also a shout-out to brother Curtis. Brother Curtis is really a great guy who further compliment the company. From raw physical works to delicate works, he knows what to do and guided me alot to ensure everything is in order. What surprised me is his age and i still don't believe it! Once again, thanks Peaceful Journey for all the smooth and high standards arrangements. We will definitely spread the words so that more people can enjoy this top-level service! Ah Loke & family.

Dear Khim Thank you for the support and care rendered to my family during the recent demise of my father. You have promptly helped to get ready hospital equipment at home before his discharge and coordinate the whole funeral process after his demise a day later. Apart from the very impressive setup, from the landscape around the coffin area to the seat covers covering almost every seat, and the much talked about mobile toilet, which are of high quality, you and your staff/volunteers have shown sincere care and concern by being with us daily, giving us advice and rendering assistance when necessary. Many attendees of the wake and funeral have nothing but praise for your services, some of them even visiting the mobile toilet more than once. Hi Sister khim, It was an excellent service provided by you and your company. Every details were taken care properly and great advices given which were really helpful. The whole team worked really quickly and efficient. She was there to help and guide us along throughout the whole journey. Sister Khim, I am writing this heartfelt testimony to appreciate your team's assistance during the last days of my father's life. It was my father's last wish to go home after spending the last 2mths alone in hospital fighting cancer. when the time suddenly came for discharge, he was in a very bad condition and whatever time he got left became very precious We then contacted the recommended vendors provided by the hospital to procure medical equipment for my father to rest at home, however many cannot support due to the late notice and our requirement(same day delivery). Fortunately, the last vendor on the list was LOVE@CARE. Sister Khmn attended to my call and immediately understood the urgency of this matter. Without any delays, She was able to provide a hospital bed and a O2 machine within 4hrs! with that swift arrangements, we are able to get our father back home to rest. This meant alot to our family as we are able to fulfil our father's final wish. My dad then passed peacefully in his bedroom after seeing all his love ones. It was a no-brainer decision to also engage Sister's Khmn to help our on the funeral's arrangements. Sister Khmn is very open and made alot of recommendations for us to make the right decisions on the funeral arrangements. For the 5-days funeral, sister Khmn & Curtis came daily to ensure everything are in order. She set a very high standards and demand all her staffs to maintain the high level. I am writing this letter from the deepest of my heart to thank you both (Khim and Curtis) from Love @ Care for helping me out during this difficult time and journey for my late mother Tan Bee Lan. Me and my brother appreciate the love, care, compassion, and thought for my situation. As you both know, my mum has already been fighting this cancer for 1.5 years. Also, during that time, when I needed help or advice, you will always be here for us ever since the beginning. l am honestly amazed at how you can respond to me quickly and help me handle things smoothly without any hassle for every occasion. For example, providing me the wheelchair, hospital bed, coming to check up on my mother planning for this funeral, and helping to arrange prayers for my mum personally during your free time without me asking for it. Love@care even went the extra mile to provide me the service and recommendation I require when needed. For that, I am truly grateful. Being the elder son (Schooling) with my younger brother (Serving NS) and my late mother who is sick and unable to work, you understood my financial difficulty and always worry for us. I appreciate the times where you help us (a financially troubled family) personally whenever possible to have some peace of mind in terms of costs. Of course, I do understand that it is a company after all that needs finance to run and sustain as well but I appreciate those times where you can help to lower some costs.
