PEACEFUL JOURNEY

I am writing this letter from the deepest of my heart to thank you both (Khim and Curtis) from Love @ Care for helping me out during this difficult time and journey for my late mother Tan Bee Lan. Me and my brother appreciate the love, care, compassion, and thought for my situation. As you both know, my mum has already been fighting this cancer for 1.5 years. Also, during that time, when I needed help or advice, you will always be here for us ever since the beginning. l am honestly amazed at how you can respond to me quickly and help me handle things smoothly without any hassle for every occasion. For example, providing me the wheelchair, hospital bed, coming to check up on my mother planning for this funeral, and helping to arrange prayers for my mum personally during your free time without me asking for it. Love@care even went the extra mile to provide me the service and recommendation I require when needed. For that, I am truly grateful. Being the elder son (Schooling) with my younger brother (Serving NS) and my late mother who is sick and unable to work, you understood my financial difficulty and always worry for us. I appreciate the times where you help us (a financially troubled family) personally whenever possible to have some peace of mind in terms of costs. Of course, I do understand that it is a company after all that needs finance to run and sustain as well but I appreciate those times where you can help to lower some costs. I do wish the best and good luck to your company and that your professionally handled service, love, care, compassion, and willingness to help from the goodwill of your hearts will be spread to others who are in need. My family and I would like to send our gratitude and appreciation to peaceful journey funeral service. (18/8-22/8) Our family was well-supported during the arrangements for my late grand-father funeral service. Throughout the whole process, Sister Khim did not leave us alone and has been constantly following up and guiding us throughout the end of the wake. She never left us worried while preparing the wake and every preparation was awesome. My mother was at ease and happy with all the arrangements that were prepared by Sister Khim and her assistant. Peaceful Journey will definitely be the choice, and it is a one-stop service for family members who feel lost with the preparation of funeral service. With all the assistance and support from Sister Khim, you will never walk alone on this difficult journey. Hi Sister Khim, thank you so much for assisting & guilding my mother (Mary) who had to cope with the sudden loss of my grandfather last Sunday - from the start of the preparations; along with the necessary arrangements until the end of the whole funeral process as of today. Everything was prepared really well, efficient; & the excellent service that was given to us along the way, so thank you Sister Khim, the 师父 involved; Mr Ben & The grab driver Mr Yao Ming for allowing my grandfather to go peacefully to the Heavens, my mother & I really appreciate all of your help.
